It was expected, it is now official: WhatsApp unveils WhatsApp Business, the application designed for businesses. Objective stated, “to facilitate the response of companies to their customers, by separating professional messages from personal messages […] and by creating an official presence on WhatsApp” .

Dedicated features and soon verified accounts
First observation when you open Teamleader, the interface is well designed. The color code (white, gray and green) is pleasant and makes everything clear, without overloading. Upon opening, we arrive on a 3-part dashboard that informs us of upcoming tasks, calls and appointments.
On the left, a column groups together the different sections of the service. At the top right is a search bar, followed by a shortcut “+” to add a task, a company or a call, an appointment, a contact … The following icon (symbolizing 2 people ) allows you to search for a collaborator in order to have access to his agenda and his detailed schedule. Then, a “help” icon will help you in case of problem with tutorials and an FAQ. Finally, the last part is dedicated to your account and its settings.
With the CRM tool, you can easily import / export customer files in Excel format. You can also add new customers to your file using many fields, including billing information.
The information displayed in this file is: last name, first name, e-mail, telephone, city and tags (to be created according to the customer’s profile). Note that in the CRM tab, 2 options are possible: you can choose to display either contacts (see screen below), or companies. In which case the first name part will disappear and the website will replace the field dedicated to the city. Many companies are dumped on the terms community manager or community management.
