Another option is to enter the Reports> Panels section and, directly there, create the panel.
When creating a panel or dashboard you also have these two options:

You can create a blank panel and start it from scratch, creating in it the reports that are of interest to you.
Or you also have the ability to choose a default HubSpot dashboard. This is a very good option, since HubSpot offers very varied and interesting panels.

What types of dashboards are there in HubSpot?
In HubSpot there are a great diversity of panels that I want to explain to you below:

1. Sales dashboards
In this type of panel, as its name suggests, all the parameters related to sales are analyzed.

Sales Manager : this type of dashboard is very useful for sales managers and for tracking the performance of a sales team: how much revenue has each member closed, how many deals are closed vs. open, what sales opportunities exist …
Sales Opportunity Review : we also find a panel indicated to review sales opportunities, where compliance with quotas is analyzed vs. the objectives, the pipeline forecast, the calls made vs. pending calls …
Sales Rep – Also known as ” Sales Rep ,” this dashboard looks at the department’s monthly performance.
Sales: finally, the Sales panel allows us to view a summary of all the previous parameters.

2. Marketing dashboards
Within HubSpot’s marketing dashboards, we highlight the following dashboards:

3. Service dashboards
Among the service dashboards we find panels as useful as:

Customer Questions Sources: a panel that collects the sources of your customers’ questions.
Service Team Performance: this dashboard would indicate the performance of a service team.
Service: this panel helps us gather the origin of the technical assistance tickets and know which representatives are closing the most tickets.
Support Over Time: This shows the evolution of a helpdesk in relation to time spent.
4. CMS
In the CMS panels we find the Web Analytics and Website Visits & Engagement panels , which we have already reviewed in the Marketing section.

5. Target Accounts
Finally, in the Target Accounts section we have the following dashboards:

Account-based Marketing: panel indicated for an ABM campaign.
My Target Accounts: a dashboard where you can analyze which accounts require more attention.
Target Accounts Landscape: This panel is basically a summary of all the accounts that your business has.

How to set up and filter a dashboard in HubSpot?
In this last section we will discover how we can configure a HubSpot dashboard and what filters to apply to optimally analyze your results.

Filters can be applied to the entire dashboard itself , that is, to all reports at once. To do this, you have to click on Filter Dashboard , where you can filter by:

Date
Owner
Team
Pipeline
At the same time, you can also carry out the filters from the Reports section , choosing the report of your interest and clicking on the View & Filter icon , in the upper right corner of the panel. Each of the reports will have different filters that you can modify to your liking.

What interesting changes can you make to your panels to configure them in a personalized way ?

You can change the size of each panel by dragging from the lower right corner.
You can reorder the dashboard by dragging and dropping anywhere on the screen.
By clicking Actions you can clone a dashboard and even share it by email .
Users who have editor permission on reports can make changes in all the account’s panels, but if they are not an administrator, you can only make changes in the panels that you have created. These permissions can be configured by clicking the Assigned button . At this point you can modify the access to the panel and choose who you want to be able to see and edit .
As you may have seen, HubSpot panels or dashboards have infinite customization possibilities so that measuring the performance and results of your business is as simple and accurate as possible.

I hope this article has been useful to you, but if you have any questions about how to configure your HubSpot dashboard , write me in the comments section!
